These and other questions will be explored as we look at how alcohol is used around the world and on our campus. - Here's Looking at UNH
Does UNH deserve its Princeton Review ranking of 11th top party school. UNH data and even student opinion says NO! Come air your thoughts as we take a look at the real UNH. - The Drinking Game

Most of us will know someone with a drinking problem at some point in our lives. Research supports that it will often happen in college. What can you do to help? Tips, tricks and techniques to help a friend or loved one. - Up in Smoke
What is the buzz about marijuana? Is it widely used? What are the advantages and risks to using marijuana and what does the current research say? - Where Do You Stand?
This is a fun and interactive program that looks at where we all stand regarding alcohol and other drug issues, on campus and in life! - Becoming a Former Smoker
Learn about what kind of smoker you are, techniques to quit, and different services offered through the UNH Health Services. Receive a quit kit and some information on meditation. Can be a helpful program for "social smokers" (those who only smoke when drinking or around others who smoke) and for friends and family members too.

Self knowledge and understanding around these concepts contributes to wellness and balance in our lives. Through imagery, meditation and discussion students will have the opportunity to explore their personal faith. This program helps students examine the standards in which they live by, as well as learn about, and develop acceptance for others. - Self-Esteem/Self-Image
