If you have not recently seen a physician or nurse practitioner at Health Services but have a health/medical question, please call a Triage Nurse.

Send a Confidential Secure Message

We have begun using secure messaging to provide a confidential and convenient way for us to communicate with each other regard your health care at Health Services.

If you have recently seen a physician or nurse practitioner at Health Services and would like to talk with the clinician you were seen by, please send them a secure message.

If you are unsure which team you were seen by please call (603) 862-1806 or refer to the card you were given at your appointment.
