UNH Flu Vaccine Clinics for Faculty, Staff and Dependents

Getting a flu vaccination each year is the best way to protect you from the seasonal flu along with other preventive actions such as frequent hand washing, covering your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing and sneezing and avoiding touching your mouth, eyes and nose to stop the spread of germs.

Flu Vaccine Availability

If you would like to get the seasonal flu vaccine, you must make an appointment online or by calling (603) 862-HLTH (4584).

There is no out-of-pocket cost to USNH employees or their dependents (age 18 and older) who are Harvard Pilgrim Health Care (HPHC) subscribers through USNH. The claim for the cost of the vaccination ($25) will be submitted directly to HPHC.

For employees not insured through the USNH HPHC, we can submit a claim to your insurance company. Please bring your insurance id card to your visit.  You should check with your insurance company prior to your visit to ensure that they will cover the cost if you receive your vaccination at Health Services.

If you do not have insurance, the cost is $25 and is due at time of service. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

*Please have the insurance card for each vaccine recipient.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommends flu vaccination as the first and most important step in protecting against the flu; however, neither CDC nor ACIP has expressed a preference for one vaccine over another at this time.
