Health Services has primary responsibility for addressingpublic health issues impacting the UNH community. Thisresponsibility includes:

  • Promoting and addressing the health needs of ourcommunity
  • Surveillance, prevention and response tocommunicable disease outbreaks and otherthreats to health
  • Serving on university and localemergency response groups
  • Working closely with the NewHampshire Department of Healthand Human Services to ensure the publichealth of the UNH community
