What does Health Services use e-mail for?
- Communication of certain test results
- Confirmation or cancellation of an appointment
- General health information
- Mutually agreed upon follow-up with a clinical provider
- Prescription refills/questions
Are e-mails confidential?
Health Services staff considers confidentiality a primary concern. Although we have reasonable safeguards in place, we cannot guarantee confidentiality of E-mail.

Who responds to my e-mail?
Whoever is the most appropriate person. You should be aware that an e-mail from you may be forwarded to another staff member(s) within the building for a response, if appropriate.
What is not shared over e-mail?
Information related to substance abuse issues, mental health issues, pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STIs), test results (including HIV), among other things.
When can I expect a response to an e-mail I send to Health Services?
You may expect a response to your e-mail message within two business days (not including weekends). Please call (603) 862-1530 if you haven’t heard from us within this time.
