History

Coach Moss began his coaching career in fencing in New Jersey where he privately coached for 12 years and served as a High School fencing coach for 5. Coach Moss began his UNH coaching career in 1988. Jon also began coaching at the Seacoast Fencing Club in 1988 until 1993 when he moved to the Tanner City Fencing Club where he is still a coach today. Coach Moss has been a national fencing referee since 1979 and a member of the Fencing Officials Commission (FOC) since 1996. Jon became an international referee in 1996 and has been a referee at the Paralympic Games in 1996, 2004, and 2008. Jon also has been a referee at the World Cup since 1996. Most recently Jon became a member of the International Wheelchair Referee Commission in 2010.
