Visitor Parking at UNH

Parking for Visitors is available at Lot H (Edgewood Road) or at the Visitor Information Center. Lot H has on-site permitting. The Visitor Lot adjacent to the Visitor Center is the metered lot. Both lots are restricted to individuals who are neither students nor faculty/staff. Daytime parking requires a paid meter or permit. Please take careful note of the following options and restrictions:

H Lot Visitor Parking
Visitor parking at H Lot is available for purchase from the lot attendant at the time of parking. Reservations are not necessary. The permit requirement in this lot is enforced from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The rate is $1/hour.

Visitor Center Meters
The parking meters at the Visitor Center are available to purchase parking time. A change machine is available inside the Visitor Center when the building is open. These meters are enforced from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The rate is $1/hour.

Other Campus Meters
Visitors are also welcome to use any available (vacant and unreserved) parking meters around campus. These meters are enforced from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Note: these other meters start earlier than the Visitor Center meters). The rate is $1/hour.
