Small, 100% Organic Flower Farm in Southern California is seeking an experienced manager to run a cut flower growing operation. We currently grow to sell at farmers markets and are looking to expand to wholesale / retail outlets and weddings.

 Job responsibilities include:

Planning and executing the growing operation from seed (sowing, prepping beds, planting, and maintaining plants) to harvest

 Requirements:

Knowledge / experience growing flowers organically Knowledge / experience using / making compost tea Production focus, e.g., ability to envision and plan for the tasks required through the growing season and execute them.

 Pay commensurate with experience.
