April 5th, 2009: Executive Council Meeting

Topic #1: STAND co-sponsorship proposal

Lyssa Wilson from UNH STAND presented a proposal for co-sponsorship on a Rwandan performer.

Katie Brym proposed to co-sponsor the event and provide $1,000 in support.

The proposal was approved unanimously.

Topic #2: Worksheets

Time was taken to fill out worksheets including contact information and events for next year to help the Marketing Coordinator update the websites.

The UAC, Hillel, and Mosaico require a follow up email.

Topic #3: Diversity Week

The concept of Diversity Week and the schedule of events were explained.

Topic #4: Logo Contest

The logo contest was explained.

Mosaico, Hillel, the Alliance, the UAC, and the DSC will be participating. The deadline for submissions will be April 24th.

The winner for the DSC will be decided by the Executive Council and the winners for the member groups will be decided by those member groups.
