Local/Sustainable Seafood Dinner

This event will feature locally caught seafood and will highlight New England's fishing community. The dinner is part of a pilot program to source more local seafoods at our dining halls and is a collaborative effort between UNH Dining, Slow Food UNH, the Sustainability Institute, Slow Fish International, NH Sea Grant, Granite State Fish and the Northwest Atlantic Marine Alliance. Watch UNH Dining Services officially sign onto "Slow Fish Principles", drafted by students from Slow Food UNH. Slow Food Principals encourage a community-based model for seafood purchasing.
