Meet the Dietitian
Rochelle L'Italien M.S., R.D., L.D.
Rochelle is the registered dietitian for UNH Dining and has been with UNH since 1992. She received her B.S. in Nutrition from UNH in 1988, with a minor degree in Physical Education, and M.S. degree at Boston University with a specialization in nutrition education in 1990. She then completed her dietetic internship at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston. Rochelle is also a Certified Life Coach and incorporates this specialty into her nutrition practice to creatively assist people in reaching their personal goals.
Rochelle is the mother of two growing boys (who are regular readers of nutrition labels and, at dinner, often identify food groups on their plates). Rochelle stays physically active with a regular regime of power yoga, taekwondo, walking, and snowboarding.
She also feeds her spiritual appetite with riding a freestyle BMX bike on jumps and ramps each week. Want to learn more about riding or interested in giving it a try? Contact Rochelle by e-mail and also see "Registered Dietitian Thrives On A Steady Diet of BMX Riding."
