UNH Dining is committed to the sustainable mission of the University and strives to source as much local food as possible. We understand the importance of choosing foods that will benefit the local economy and the environment. In an effort to bring awareness and education to students, UNH faculty and staff, and the community of the local items served every day in our Dining Halls, we've created informational materials to help guide our guests to local and UNH grown foods. Sustainability is not only a part of UNH Dining's daily operations, it is part of campus culture.

Look for the UNH Grown & Local Item tags in our dining halls. Signs available at stations offering local items. Each dining hall will display local item posters at the front of the entrances.
