International Agreements

Most international collaborations require an agreement to establish the terms of the relationship. This can be a helpful process and contribute to a successful affiliation by determining in advance each institution’s roles and responsibilities as well as the terms and conditions of the joint venture. This section describes the most common types of agreements, provides agreement templates, and explains the procedures for developing and implementing them.
