Annual Department Pie Contest – Pies due in by 10am, Judging before noon. Pie sales at noon and proceeds go towards the Holiday Party. Prizes and Bragging rights for the winners.
Friday, November 30, 2012: Scheduling for Research Progress Reports begins for Second Year MS Graduate Students. Your outline should be in to your advisor at least 2 weeks prior to your report date.
Saturday, December 8, 2012 – Tentative Date for the Chemistry Department Annual Holiday Party
Monday, December 24th, 2012 UNH Closes for Winter Break through January 2, 2012 • Winter break, University holidays, offices closed. If you choose to research in Parsons during this time, please be advised that the building will be colder due to energy savings over the break.
No Organic Comprehensive Exam in December
Spring 2013 - Semester II
Tuesday, January 15, 2013 – Second Year Ph.D. Students submit an OUTLINE of their research progress report in to their advisor (see Grad Handbook at www.unh.edu/chemistry for details). Technical deadline is 1-15-12, but that is a Sunday.
No Organic Comprehensive Exam in January
