All Chemistry and Biochemistry students who wish to take Chem 549 lab (whether registered already or not) are required to attend Chem 547 lecture (Professor Johnson’s class) on Monday, August 27 at 11:10 am in Parsons N116 and to fill out a lab scheduling form at that time.

There is also a mandatory Chem 549/653 lab lecture (with Dr. Harris, the Lab Instructor) on Thursday, August 30 at 5:10 p.m. in Spaulding Life Sciences 120.

If you miss either of the above meetings, your lab spot cannot be guaranteed. 

Actual labs do not meet until the week of September 3, which is “check-in” week.

No drop/add slips will be signed for either the lecture or the laboratory until lab scheduling is complete (no sooner than the end of the first lab lecture).
